Garlic & Herb Mignon with Kale, Walnuts & Blue Cheese & A Caramelised Balsamic & Sultana Dressing
BALSAMIC & SULTANA DRESSING
Add balsamic and sugar together and reduce by 50%.
Cool and add the olive oil, whisk together.
KALE, WALNUTS & BLUE CHEESE
Bring salted water to the boil blanch kale for approximately 3 minutes.
Roast walnuts in the oven at 180ºC for 6-8 minutes.
Crumble blue cheese.
Dress kale with dressing, add walnuts and blue cheese.
Season. Serve. EAT!
PORK MIGNONS WITH GARLIC & HERB BUTTER
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
Remove all packaging and place mignons onto a greased baking tray.
Place baking tray in center of oven and cook for 20 minutes.
